SALES
To ensure customer satisfaction and accurate pricing, all details of custom orders must be confirmed in advance by the customer prior to payment. Payment for custom orders must be made at least 2 weeks in advance of the expected delivery date. Failure to provide prompt payment may result in the cancellation of the order at the discretion of Conte's Confections.​

Alterations to orders must be made at least two weeks in advance of the expected delivery date. Requests after this period will be honored at the discretion of Conte's Confections, and may change the price. Any increase in price due to an alteration must be paid promptly.
