SHIPPING POLICY

Conte's Confections will gladly ship any order to a Massachusetts address.  We are unable to ship outside Massachusetts at this time.

Issues with delivery, including late, missing, or failed delivery (including the parcel being returned to sender), or damage to delivered goods will be evaluated by Conte's Confections on a case by case basis.  Conte's Confections may, at its discretion, issue store credit in accordance with the Refund Policy.

We always package with a view to protecting each cookie carefully, but if it is vital that you have a particular number of cookies, please order extra just in case.

REFUND POLICY

At Conte's Confections, our goal is to provide delicious and beautiful baked goods that please everyone.  These policies are one way we hope to ensure our customers get the best experience possible and that every order receives equal attention.

All payments are non-refundable after the cancellation deadline, defined as when prep and/or production begins, or 2 weeks prior to the scheduled delivery of the order, whichever occurs first.  For custom orders, prep usually starts after the initial appointment and payment is received.  For online orders, this is typically within 24 hours of the order.

For orders cancelled after the cancellation deadline, it is the discretion of Conte's Confections management whether to issue any store credit.

For safety reasons, all sales are final. 

​

Alterations to orders after the cancellation deadline will be accepted the discretion of Conte's Confections.  If the alteration results in a lower price, the difference will be issued in the form of store credit.

 

Requests for store credit due to delivery issues will be evaluated based on a number of considerations, including but not limited to: whether the parcel arrive in a timely and reasonable manner; whether the goods usable for the specified event; whether the goods arrived at the correct address and in good condition; and whether the issue due to an unforeseeable event, such as a weather event causing delivery delays.  You are encouraged to order the cookies with a delivery date that is 3-5 business days before the date of the event, to allow for unexpected delivery delays by the chosen carrier.

Problems arising from the custom design of an order are subject to review by Conte's Confections, and it is the discretion of Conte's Confections management whether to issue any store credit.  Requests will be evaluated based on a number of considerations, including but not limited to: whether the order met any specified allergy requirements; whether the design was a reasonable likeness to the requested image and/or terms specified, or whether the order deviated exceedingly from the agreed upon terms.
